If shivering was a type of exercise, I’d be a Olympian/ supermodel by Friday at 3 pm. Unfortunately the cold just makes we want to eat warm, heavy food and wear layers while wrapped in ALL THE FLEECE.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 30.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

shivering IS actually a type of exercise..you can loose weight shivering.. my first winter 2018 on this diet I was sitting outside Busking n it came up on whatever fitness app I had then! so carry on shivering Lol 😂😉
