I decided to take a break….from work, from gym; from pretty much everything except my place of worship. I had not planned it, I just knew I needed it. However, I have continued to monitor food intake and caloric output. At first, I felt a little untethered. I even had this concern that I was hitting some wall. I’ve been in that place before and it’s a little scary (a little dramatic, I know), because I’m making real progress.
So today was my first day back at it. Went to gym, walked a bit and followed my usual eating regimen. Not gonna say it felt good, but it did feel right… onward…
94.5 kg Lost so far: 40.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am beginning to see how to find community on FS. Today was my first day back to gym since 10-30-21 injury. I didn't DO much there, but I have had HUGE fear that I would fail to return AT ALL. Happy to see I'm not alone!!!!🤪💗🤪

Right? The thing is to tune out the doubt and just act! (Talking to myself lol) But it's true, just get it in gear and show up 🙂
