Wow what a surprise! one tweek to my diet and immediate results!
137.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 64.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@CrystalJo74: Reducing my Carb intake to about 80-90 grams a day. I have PCOS, which makes my body store carbs instead of using them, so reducing my intake is the best solution for me, personally.
