OK so a happy entry today ☺ just got notified my tanning bed will be here by next week am ao EXCITED, I know some if not most people won't think this has anything to do with a healthy lifestyle or a weight loss/gain thing but in actuality it does for me as tanning helps me relax in turn lessons my depression so don't tend to stress eat also another way to keep those seasonal blues away so my Dr says if it works go for it. no change in the scale today but good news just the same
95.5 kg Lost so far: 26.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
