Week 4 of strength training complete and not counting calories anymore. Just mindful eating. Trying to get back to a normal relationship with food.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
