As much as Halloween is my favorite time of year I also dread it because of all the tempting treats. I'm trying so hard to not mindlessly eat all the good stuff this year and so far so good. instead of eating a bowl of candy I'm finding myself content with a single piece to curve my craving.
157.3 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 43.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
