OKAY NEW SCALE AT HOME ... AGAIN WITH THESE NUMBERS
SO I AM NOT USING SCALE AT WORK, AND NOW WITH THE NEW HOME SCALE...
SO AGAIN A REFLECTION OF WEIGHT CHANGE...

I FEEL GOOD AND I AM GETTING INTO THE SWING OF THE LOW CARB AGAIN
