A slight increase today attributed to "cheating" myself by not recording all my food intake, AND a new scale. I purchased a Body Analysis scale yesterday, and side by side there was almost a 1 pound difference to the heavy...

It's ALL good... I hope everyone has a GREAT day and WEEKEND!

my old scale was 1 kilo off with the new one... after a while the new one did catch up weird enough they now both agree...
