Looong day yesterday. Both with work and training people so it was rest day number two. Not happy about it but I just have to make up for it with another double workout day? We shall see, shoulders went good this morning. I tried to replicate some of the drop set stuff I did last saturday but it is tough to do so early in the AM. Maybe I will hit the shoulders again later today but with more strength minded (low rep, high weight).
