Fluctuation again. :/ God, how I hate thee. It is soooo frustrating.

Yesterday was probably my own fault though, as I had no home made meals other than breakfast. I did the best I could on my calories, the food was reasonably good and I really shouldn't worry about it. But I know I can do better and I know I should have.

Anyways, now my fluctuation is only at a max 118.4 kgs. Not long ago I was whining cause I could not get below 120. :)

Life is good.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 36.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
