Yay! There was movement.

Yesterday was a bit of an emotional day, and i had a bit of an emotional eating night. went a bit nuts on nuts so when i woke up this morning (still not in the best of moods and a night full of bad dreams) i was fully prepared for another spike up. i mentally prepared myself, and then i got this little moment of happiness.

amazing how just a few grams can make such a big difference.
but every journey begins with a step forward, and every gram gone is a step forward made.
