Welll I'm back at it again. I have completely surrendered and understand I HAVE TO LOG my food intake. Cant go by memory. I actually thought I was doing ok by watching what I was eating without logging in my journal. WRONG ANSWER. I picked up 5 pounds. But I know now that is not good. I am getting back on this wagon and doing it. Disappointed but I am moving forward.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
