This is usually where I end up flatlining 😩
60.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Flatlines are a fact. I lost the month of Jul due to no movement, but come Aug I slowly began dropping again. It’s a challenge but you can do it.
