Yay another loss! Eight more pounds until my interim goal is met! Went for a Mile walk this morning before breakfast! Slowly with my cane but I was able to go up and down a pretty steep hill! Fitbit said it was 12 floors equivalent 😀
94.1 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
