This has happened a few times as I’ve been trying to lose weight. I feel like I’m getting stubbornly stuck. Then I wake up one days and I’ve lost a few pounds and start a new weight loss ramp down. Understanding the trend is making it a little easier to manage through periods of plateau.
Here’s to losing the next 10lbs!
109.0 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
