My posterior chain to be precise 😁 Glutes and hamstrings. And today I’m gonna 🎯 target quads more. This kind of split provides better performance and recovery for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean I just can’t go for longer sessions without messing up mind-muscle connection and feeling trashy the next day.

Great, I also trained for a while with this pattern, I alternated front and back, but at the moment I do multi-frequency with the fundamentals at each session 😊
