All good. Ate great yesterday. This weight is fine by me as long as the last bits of fat burn away from the lower belly and muscle develops where I need it to. I don’t need to drop to my 170 goal weight as long as I can see and feel the difference.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
