Well, considering I've neglected exercising and have been eating sugar and salt like it's going out if style, I'm just happy I haven't gained anything. 😆

Omg u sound like me just justifying my lack of will ..how is this week going? I still owe ~120 cals I overdid yesterday but keeping it up, let's see how well I keep mouth shut during dinner :/
