I excersized today.... man did that hurt.

I have a foot injury and lasted a whole 8 mins. yikes. my legs are like jello. Anyone else like that excersizing? I haven't exercized for years. I'm so out of shape!

I hear you; I have stage 4 osteoarthritis in both knees. Bad knees - less exercise - gain weight - knees are worse due to extra weight - now I can't be on my feet for more than 10 minutes - exercise is nearly impossible. 😞

omg. so glad it's not just me. I have plantar nuero fibromas. basically tumor on the bottom of my foot. right on the nerve. outs not maignant, just painful.
