Combining intermittent fasting and calorie confusion for the past week - no real results yet but I suspect hormones might be playing a role this week. Will continue and make sure ave daily cals is 1700 or under. Who knows, let’s see?! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️Somewhere along the way the cal deficit should have an effect
