Well... I went off the rails. Scared to weigh myself for a minute. The thought that gets me motivated when I immediately gain back weight I've just lost is to imagine how much I'd weigh if I didn't keep pushing for two or three weeks then binge. Some people have a cheat day. I think I'm using the cheat week system and just barely breaking even. 👽

The good news is I have a week of healthy meals with the fam coming up.I have a plan for chores and cooking that I'm excited about. (chore wheel) One kid will be chef for the week and help meal plan and prep cook while others do dishes, laundry etc. This should reduce my overwhelm by reducing the load on my partner and I a bit.
