I am not eating wheat, dairy, or sweets and staying below 1200 calories a day. (with the occassional fun day!--not "cheat")

Hi there! I was surprised to see in your journal that you are not eating wehat, dairy or sweets, because I am too. I have a wheat and egg yolk allergy and am also lactose intolerant. It has been so difficult to find the right foods. I was looking for someone on here who may also have the same problems to swap food ideas with! The gluten is one thing but finding gluten and dairy together has been a struggle.
