I decided 100 days ago to not record my eating intake/servings, but tried to stay within previous habits. Although I did weigh myself on a constant basis.

I didn’t slow down on my Exercise Activity as the Group I see almost everyday helps provide the Push!!

Overall, no weight change 😎😎

Next Goal? 🧐🧐
75.2 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you’re at your goal weight, you’ve already established a balance between diet & exercise. Continue what you’re doing and if weight starts to creep up, record foods and compare to what you were eating at goal weight.
