stable against yesterday's weight which is fantastic! I was fairly afraid that since I'd had a late dinner last night that I'll see a temp rise. intermittent fasting really seems to be helping me with my food intake. I put on a pair of boots that I hadn't worn in a while and it was nice to see they've gotten loose. hoping soon my skinny time jeans will start fitting! atm I can get them on and JUST get the button to close. lol. 9 kilo's to go if I want to get to my most skinny point in the past.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
