I had about a 100 more calories than the week before. I walked atleast 20,000 steps a day. I'm trying be ok with it staying the same but def hard on my brain. It's hard trying to maintain and not lose. Gaining is def easy thoigh lol
44.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Time for a new goal that isn’t about the scale. Maybe a time goal of 100 days of keeping to range or achieving something physical like the splits, lifting 150 barbell etc. got to keep that brain happy 😁1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣🏄🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️🧠 Congrats to getting to maintenance
