Still not finding the energy nor the time to workout after work. Get off at 5 pm, home to fix dinner (30 min. commute), eat around 7, housework til around 9,then time to get ready for work the next day & then bedtime. Weather doesn't help matters any either, hopefully, it will warm up soon & I can stop by the local park for a hour walk before heading home. I just prefer to be outside doing activities over being stuck inside in the bedroom starring at the walls while I ride my bike or on the elliptical (boring). At least outside, I can go for a ride on my bike or go for a walk down the local trails down by the river; listening the birds singing, the river flowing, the frogs, etc...just doesn't feel like exercise!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
