Found out that my scale is 5 pounds off. Not the best way to start a Dr. appointment. So until I purchase a new, more accurate one, I'll be best guessing. Either way, I don't like the number. I'm getting back into my daily work routine and am looking at how I can add more exercise without it feeling like it.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
