My basal insulin requirements keep dropping on the SANE plan. I've reduced middle of the night rates 3 times since I started eating 10 servings of low starch veggies per day and continue to need to lower again today.

Also started a raw pro-biotic by Garden of Life. Initial results are very good. I'll give a full review after a month.
Today and tomorrow are my "Feeder Watch" days. Also prepping a bat box for deployment this week. Lots of outdoor active lifestyle stuff to provide healthy exercise and vitamin D.
