These fluctuations lol...

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.1 %
Inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 81.4 cm (nooooo lol)
Blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 109/61 - 60 bpm

Yesterday, I went over my RDI but I was also awake for a longer than usual time so it probably evened out :)
