Waist below navel - 37 1/2 Waist at navel - 35 I know it's been said that inches are more important than pounds, but I'm having a hard time changing that mindset. I lost an 1 1/2 this week and not one pound, this is really hard to be inspired by. The scale will not budge for the second week straight!
