Thursday - 6pm Zumba or Vinyasa Yoga 6pm South Loop (11th & State)
Friday - 5AM Active Trax
Saturday Mornng - 9:45 am Fit Kick
Sunday (bi-monthly)- Hot Yoga (Clinton/Madison location
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
