The thing about lockdowns that erks me most is the disruption of routines:
- diet
- exercise
- weigh-ins

What do you do to keep your routines alive when they are constantly being disrupted?
83 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Focus on counting calories before eating There’s no excuse if it’s what you really want to

In my case, "Increase or decrease the total daily calorie intake" (Specifically, increase or decrease by about 500 kcal) If you set the basic total daily calorie intake to 2000 kcal, you can easily gain or lose weight. PFC macro that I have set P120g or more. F100g or less. C100g ~ 200g. In the case of good quality fat, I don't care even if it weighs about 150g. If the total calorie intake does not increase significantly even if the PFC macro is slightly different, you will lose weight. "The daily intake of protein and fat does not change much, only carbohydrates are increased or decreased." Combining the two will change my weight. What kind of PFC macro is appropriate is different for everyone, but I personally think that highly oxidized lipids such as fried foods, sweets, and junk food should be reduced. The effect of exercise will be determined by weighing the next morning. ▽<|b✨

Thanks gang - I’m talking more about handling disruption rather than the specifics of counting calories. If your routines get broken, how do you adapt?

cannboysさん> I'm sorry to write an irrelevant comment. 【If my routine breaks】 『diet』 I have a lot of food options. I try various combinations every day, so I choose either "Refer to past data" or "Try new combinations". 『exercise』 I change the content according to the time. If the time is short, I'll do only 3 sets of push-ups 『weigh - ins』 When I don't have a scale, I give up weigh - ins.

Since we’re all in quarantine I guess we’ll be making only inside jokes from now on! So if coronavirus isn’t about beer, why do I keep seeing cases of it? 😁 Have a Great Disruptive Wednesday Cannaboys!!!👍

It's tricky and I'm noticing on here that a number of us are hitting a wall of sorts this past month or so, myself included. I journaled some of my personal shortcomings this morning so that I can look back and move forward and not fall into a pit of despair. I'm trying to spend more time outside as it means I'm moving instead of sitting.

Best thing about lockdown? Havent been to a pub for 4 weeks. ✊ I should be able to break the habit at the end of this.

I’m missing going to the Hydro Pool twice a week. I need to go for my back injury as most of my exercises aren’t possible “on land”, and I make such a mess when I try to do them in the bath🤣🤣🤣Oh well, just take things one day at a time.

I'm focusing on getting to 10,000 steps and having 8 glasses of water everyday, small stuff which I can control. I'm also doing an emkfit HIIT dance workout on YouTube 5-6 days a week. And I decided to buy myself an elliptical to get a couple of 10 minute stints on that in a day.

•Zoom workouts at home with Letty. •Using a pedometer to keep minimum steps. •Eating only when hungry. •Zero calorie drinks Sorry you’re returning to lockdowns. The rates are getting high here too. Stay safe and strong❣️

Dance! With 5kg barbells. To the Eurythmics Greatest Hits. TMI 😊 I’ve been virtually in lockdown for years, rarely go out except to shop or for medical appointments. This year I started a massage course, and it seems the face to face and hands on practice is likely to be postponed indefinitely, which is a minor source of irritation. I do miss the very occasional visits from friends - at the rate of about 1 in every 2 months or so. But we stay in touch. Otherwise it’s business as usual, though I would like the opportunity to visit my daughter in NSW. Now all the online stuff I’ve been doing for years has become the new normal for everyone else.
