I weight in tomorrow and I am having serious anxiety. I haven't cheated or anything it's just that when you stick to a program and eat right day in and day out, you want to see constant results. This weight lose journey will not get the best of me.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
