well official weighin day today,and i havent changed,may need to look back over food intake for the week as ive been workin my butt off ( i think) or maybe its mucles n water!!! anyway at least its not a gain god forbid! ive found in the past that when i up the xercise i sometimes have a gain, so who knows??

It may very well be muscle. I tend to wonder if I am in much the same boat as I seem to be working harder exercise-wise, yet have stalled or plateaued in my weight loss. When I was a Weight Watcher member, I remember my leader telling me that it was to be expected.

Apparently, sore muscle retains water for healing. That's what I'm telling myself every time my scale is not behaving when I have been.
