My salty cravings are going crazy. Weekends are the hardest for me. My sweetie works weekends so I'm home with kids. Cooking food that gets wasted is a huge binge trigger for me. I'm exhausted. It feels like I have to grit my teeth all day otherwise I'll inhale half a pound of cold chicken nuggets that are destined for the trash. I wish I had a few days to reset from the grind before school is theorhetically meant to begin. Good luck out there everyone!
