Today I had a thought...I like water..may sound silly but I do. I mean it's wet, comes in handy on a hot day, but I'm actually savoring it (sometimes). my town has really hard water but it's tasty. on my current regime I drink throughout the day...it fills me up...and actually satisfies...I think on average I'll have a coke about once or twice a year...but yeah, water is really my go to...
98.2 kg Lost so far: 36.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Water is great, most people don’t know that by the time you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. I recently discovered protein2o: helps control hunger, satisfying to drink, and only 70 calories Keep up the good work Mr Bill😉
