I freaking did it :) I cruised all the way here. It took me forever but I’m here!!! My next goal: LIFT. I have a vacation soon and I want to start focusing on that. After vacation, it is holiday after holiday. So I will either maintain 180 or by Dec 30 I want to be at 170. Think I can do it???
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
