Day 1: Getting back to healthy a mindset and lifestyle after a summer of entertaining guests at our lake. Bad eating and lots of booze. So here I am today logging my macros on FatSecret. I've written down a different workout for every day this week and the foods I'm aloud . Going back on a ketogenic palaeolithic diet with some Mediterranean flare!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
