I'll take no change vs a gain. My crazy week of eating was not worth it. I leave out again tomorrow, this trip will be better food wise. Luckily the rest of my traveling this year I'll be alone instead of with a group. Makes it so much easier to not go out all the time. Yesterday I only ate 1350 tops but I just wasn't hungry. I may or may not repeat that today. I'll run when I get home, the time change kept me up way too
