WOOHOO! So I'm down 4.4lbs again this week! Shocking really because I haven't had any time to exercise this week because I've been working crazy hours and in between been at the hospital visiting my M-I-L. I'm not sure what this upcoming week will hold for exercise, especially since my M-I-L is having surgery on Wednesday to help her issues, so it's going to be busy again. I'm going to try to fit in some exercise today and I'll try to plan for at least a couple other days this week.
144.0 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 53.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
