I started some strength training yesterday! Abs and arms and more walking. I am majorly sore, but it’s so good! 🤣 I feel like this will make the difference.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
