Progress - so far I'm lifting about 64% of body weight doing pull ups. (started at 20%). Stamina has increased. I also notice that I've consistently remained within daily caloric intake (and it's not too challenging). I do "feel" like I'm getting close to the time where I need to step up my workout routine. Just keep at it bill, you're doing good..
98.9 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
