Not a huge gain while on vacation but it's to hard for me not to log...It's like a free pass for me to overeat.. I'm going to do a quick fast today. It's more a mental thing to get back on track. 👍💪
60.7 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks yoga! I went to a body pump class and did ok. Lightened weights by 2.5 as it's 1st time back to gym in 2 weeks. Lots of reps in pump class!
