I have absoloutely no idea how this has happened. And have been trying to figure it out for hours now. I truly dont know what the f**k has gone wrong. But this feels like being hit in the stomach by a canon ball.

Hi, try your best to not overthink it, it can be something as simple as salt and water, it has happened to every single one of us on here , I know it can seem like a setback, but our bodies are amazing things and it will even it self out, I know this will seem counterproductive advice, but try and drink more water over the next days. More water in = more water out. Good luck 🤞🏻
