As this journey continues I noticed pecs. (my own) 😅 I notice that the belly is becoming an uninflated tire. I wonder if the skin can snap back? The truth is probably not. But I'll let that go for now. (yeah Bill let that go! lol) I even notice that I can wear belts that were too tight. other belts I've run out of eyes to use. Yeah this body is changing... eating has changed. Three months into a two-year plan.. Im actually excited to see how this plays out...just work the plan bill...just pay attention...be in this moment...it's all ya got..
