I kind of had the munchies today. I did not eat anything unhealthy at least. I ate some cantelope and some tomatoes with salt and pepper. Earlier I had a can of sardines. I am happy I did not have any "Bad for you" foods today. But, the munchies were a little hard to fight back from that I will admit. I did weigh in this morning. I did gain a few ounces but I think that was when I had cereal and soda this morning. Can't keep looking back at the bad stuff just gotta move on and keep up the progress. I am gonna report most of my disappointments as a way of wanting to do better for myself. I will also report some of the good things once in a while though. This is just one of my losses I need to work on. I did get a workout in. I missed doing my indoor jogging every day. I recently got back into it, well, slowly I did. I had to start off slow since it's been a while since I had done that. I will post my body measurements near the end of the month too. Hopefully I can shrink some of my belly butt and thighs along the way. Those are the bigger areas on me anyway. Happy Wednesday y'all!
