It’s time to kick my diet back into high gear! I’ve been eating around 1500 calories and haven’t budged at all. Need to drop it back down. At least I haven’t gained!
70.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
