LOL @ Plateau Princess! :) I wish I could call my current state a plateau, but it's been like 18 months, so pretty sure it's just not enough good choices at this point! LOL

I get it!! I'm in a plateau as well x.x trying to just take things experimentally at this point until I see results... so it's gonna be a long game to see what is working and what isn't.. wish you success and yes definitely keep trying :)

KBY: if I may ask … how are your nutrients? The general rule of thumb (Keto excepted) is usually carbs 40%, proteins 30%, and fats 30%. Your meals all look very appetizing and delicious! But a few are little light on the non-starchy veggies, maybe? I think I would try adding a leafy salad - *easy* on the dressings, though. It might be all you need to kick start your progress again. 🤔

@grammalaura checked my macros for the past few weeks and it’s usually the fat that’s more than 30%. My carbs are around 40-50%.

Such a juggling act! I struggle with the fats creeping up (at a gallop!) too. Your carbs are right on the money though so that’s good 😊
