Holy heck! I'll admit I was skeptical when people suggested that I eat MORE and start strength training to lose weight, but that's exactly what worked. It's been two weeks and I'm already seeing results! Here I was thinking my metabolism was stuck.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep! Regardless of what some may say, sometimes you have to eat More, especially when working out! Gr8 Job!

I'm so glad I tried it - and so glad my metabolism has some chance after all. I'm not kidding when I say I was once GAINING weight at 1200Cal/day - but I was also sedentary. Just another lesson in taking initiative instead of giving up.
