Hey, Becky! I'm in North Carolina at the moment. Later today I'll be in South Carolina. We're returning home (where we lived before we moved into a camper) because our rental house recently became vacant and is in need of repairs. We haven't been back here in 3 years. I'm not excited about the work I'll have to do on the rental house, but I'm very excited that I'll get to see some of my friends that I haven't seen in 3 years. Some of them may not recognize me, because I weighed 95 more pounds the last time they saw me. We plan to be in SC for the whole month of August, working on the house and visiting with friends.  

I think we're gonna get the electricity turned on while we're there, Erq1, and the house has AC. We6ll also have power and water at the campground where we're staying, so we'll be quite cozy. 

Enjoy, Lonnie. Always good to go home from time to time. Especially when you get to choose. You've done great. I would sit through your vacation slides anytime.  

Oh Lonnie, sounds like you have some work and fun ahead of you. 💪😊👍 I thought the same as Erq, regarding the humidity! I'm guessing you know exactly what to do. I know you will enjoy catching up with friends, as I am sure they've missed you over the past 3 years. Stay hydrated. ❤😊👍

Welcome back to the east coast Lonnie! It's been crazy hot and humid but we're supposed to get a break this week. Hope the reno and repairs go well - we've done that for the 45+ years we've been married, flipping houses as our side job - and we're done! Can't wait to hit the road in our camper Sept. 1st! Take care of yourselves, enjoy the time 'home' and stay cool!
